I offer guided mindfulness practices to support your wellbeing. These sessions can be framed more generally, or hone in on a particular theme, for example self-compassion.

I lead weekly meditation practices, acting as a guide to help you move towards a state of inner stillness. My practices are designed to honour the innate peace within my students and offer insights that help to orient towards and experience that peace directly. Whilst it can be challenging at first, the practice is incredibly rewarding, and I am delighted to support you on your path.
