I offer yoga instruction to both individuals and groups. Group classes are designed to be accessible for all levels, from complete beginner to seasoned practitioner there’s always something for everyone in my classes. I am delighted to incorporate special considerations for different populations.

My private classes (for individuals or groups of up to three) can be specifically tailored to focus on a specific area that students wish to develop. These are suitable for total novices seeking introductory instruction, or those with an established practice wishing to hone a particular skill.

I’ve undertaken training in a variety of styles including Vinyasa, Hatha, Mandala, and Yoga Nidra and have been teaching yoga across London and on retreats in the UK since 2019.

I want you to feel curious, guided yet autonomous, and well nourished in my classes. Inclusivity and empowerment are central to my teaching practice.
